Indication:
Pimple patch works best on yellow pimples, where the pus is visible.
Application:
Apply pimple patch directly over pimple.
Leave on for 6 – 8 hours, or overnight for maximum effectiveness. The patches help to draw out the pus and heal the skin.
Ingredients:
Tea Tree oil, Salicylic acid, Hydrocolloid and Witch Hazel.
Tea Tree oil:
Antibacterial, antiviral, helps to heal bacterial infection.
Salicylic acid:
· is a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) that helps exfoliate the skin by removing dead skin cells, preventing clogged pores that can lead to pimples.
· It effectively reduces excess oil production.
· Salicylic acid has anti-inflammatory properties that can help reduce redness and swelling associated with pimples.
· Unlike some other exfoliants, salicylic acid can penetrate deep into the pores, helping to clear out impurities and debris, ultimately preventing breakouts.
· Promotes healing, therefore less scarring.
Hydrocolloid:
The gel substance that makes up the patch.
· Absorbs Moisture: Hydrocolloid patches draw out excess fluid and pus from pimples, promoting faster healing and reducing inflammation.
· Protective Barrier: They create a physical barrier over the pimple, preventing external irritants, dirt, and bacteria from entering the area. This helps reduce the risk of infection.
Witch Hazel:
Helps to reduce swelling and redness. Helps to control oil production.
